• Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule Policy
· Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund, subject to a $5 processing fee per order.
· Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
· No-shows (failure to arrive at the pickup location on time) are not eligible for any refund.
· Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
· Refunds are issued minus a $5 processing fee, which is non-refundable.
· Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 3–7 business days.
· Customers may request to reschedule their booking once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
· Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
· Requests made within 24 hours of departure may not be accommodated.
• Force Majeure / Service Delay & Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to delay or cancel any scheduled service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, traffic accidents, government orders, law enforcement requirements, mechanical issues, driver hours-of-service limitations, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of such delay or cancellation, passengers will be offered one of the following remedies:
Rebooking on the next available service at no additional charge; or
A full refund; or
A travel credit of equal value (at the passenger’s choice).
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, missed flights, hotel expenses, or additional travel costs.
Please note that some trips may include stopovers at motorway service areas. There is usually a stop every few hours.
