The following terms govern the transportation of children on LoongWorldBus services.

By purchasing a ticket or allowing a child to travel on our buses, the passenger agrees to the conditions set forth below.


1. Ticket Requirements

1.1. All passengers, regardless of age, are required to possess a valid ticket.
1.2. LoongWorldBus does not provide reduced fares, discounted fares, or special 
fare categories specifically for children.
1.3. Infants under two (2) years of age, until the day of their second birthday, may 
travel without charge only when seated on the lap of an accompanying adult and only when not occupying a separate seat.
1.4. If a separate seat is desired for an infant or child, a standard fare ticket must 
be purchased.


2. Child Safety Seats

2.1. LoongWorldBus vehicles are equipped with seat belts capable of accommodating most standard child safety seats.
2.2. The use of a child safety seat is strongly recommended for the safety of 
the minor.
2.3. The installation, positioning, and securement of any child safety seat shall be 
the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult passenger.
2.4. LoongWorldBus personnel are not authorized to install, secure, adjust, or 
provide guidance regarding the installation or proper use of child safety seats.
2.5. LoongWorldBus shall bear no responsibility and no liability for injuries, 
damages, losses, or claims arising from: 

  • improper installation or securement of a child safety seat,
  • the use of a child safety seat that is incompatible with the vehicle, or
  • any failure by the accompanying adult to appropriately supervise the minor.

3. Unaccompanied Minors

3.1. Children under sixteen (16) years of age, until the day of their sixteenth birthday, must be accompanied by a passenger who is at least sixteen (16) years old.
3.2. No person under the age of sixteen (16) may travel unaccompanied on any 
LoongWorldBus service.
3.3. LoongWorldBus reserves the right to deny boarding to any unaccompanied 
minor who does not meet these requirements.
3.4. The accompanying adult shall remain responsible for the supervision, 
conduct, and safety of the minor at all times.


4. Strollers and Infant Equipment

4.1. One (1) collapsible stroller per child may be transported free of chargeprovided the child is traveling on the same itinerary.
4.2. All strollers must be folded and stowed in the baggage compartment.
4.3. LoongWorldBus is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay involving 
strollers or child-related equipment, except as required by applicable law.
4.4. Additional items must comply with LoongWorldBus’ Baggage Policy, which 
is incorporated herein by reference.


5. Parental and Guardian Responsibility

5.1. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the child’s behavior, safety, and compliance with all LoongWorldBus rules and instructions.
5.2. LoongWorldBus shall not be held liable for injuries, incidents, or damages 
arising from the conduct or actions of minors or from inadequate supervision by the accompanying adult.
5.3. Passengers traveling with children must ensure that the child remains seated 
and properly restrained when the vehicle is in motion.


6. Enforcement and Right to Refuse Service

6.1. LoongWorldBus reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger traveling with a minor if:

  •  the passenger fails to comply with this policy,
  •  safety concerns are present, or
  • the minor poses a risk to themselves or others.

6.2. LoongWorldBus may modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice to ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.


7. Acknowledgment

By permitting a child to travel on LoongWorldBus services, the passenger hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Children Transportation Policy and accepts all responsibilities outlined herein.
