LoongWorldBus Terms & Conditions


1. Ticketing & Payment

All tickets must be purchased and fully paid in advance.
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the company.
Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will be treated as a no-show.


2. Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund, subject to a $5 processing fee per order.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
  • No-shows (failure to arrive at the pickup location on time) are not eligible for any refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued minus a $5 processing fee, which is non-refundable.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take 3–7 business days.
  • Customers may request to reschedule their booking once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of departure may not be accommodated.

3. Service Disruptions

We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Road closures
  • Traffic incidents
  • Government or law enforcement orders
  • Mechanical issues
  • Driver hours-of-service limits

Passengers may choose:

Full refund

Rebooking

Travel credit


4. Delays Disclaimer

All schedules are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for indirect losses including missed flights, hotels, or income.


5. Passenger Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Smoking
  • Alcohol consumption
  • Dangerous items
  • Driver interference
  • Harassment or violence

Violations may result in removal without refund.


6. Baggage Policy (Please refer to “Baggage on a LoongWorldBus” for details)

Each passenger may bring:

  • 1 checked bag
  • 1 carry-on item

We shall not be liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Damage caused by poor packaging by the passenger;
  • Loss or damage of valuables including cash, identification, electronics, or jewelry.

Maximum liability: USD 100 per bag


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Missed connections
  • Loss of income
  • Accommodation costs
  • Emotional distress

8. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket or boarding the bus, passengers agree to these terms.
